APPOINTMENTS
Your services are personally reserved for you. Therefore, your punctuality is greatly appreciated. We recommend you schedule your next service prior to leaving the Salon. Just ask our receptionist, and we'll arrange everything. All appointments must be prepaid or guaranteed with a credit card reservation.
CANCELLATIONS
We ask for at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment, 72 hours for parties of 4 or more. This courtesy allows us to schedule another guest, and in turn, maintain a higher availability or our services for you, as well as for others. All cancellations without 24 hours notice and all no-shows are subject to be charged $50 of the scheduled service.
